1. Use of the service

videokids is an educational platform for children aged 0 to 15. The service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to use the service to distribute harmful content, incite hatred, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt to compromise platform security.

2. Accounts and adult responsibility

Registration requires being of legal age under the laws of your country of residence (at least 18 years old). The adult account holder is solely responsible for:

• Keeping the password and PIN confidential.
• Supervising the child's use of the platform and the profiles created under their account.
• Granting and revoking parental consent in a timely manner.

3. Content

All educational content on videokids is the intellectual property of its creators or licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Users may not upload illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content.

4. Limitation of liability

videokids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, videokids shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
